Send an invoice
Stripe emails the client an invoice with a Pay button (card) and a PDF. You get a copy at the operations inbox, and another email there when they pay by card. If they'd rather e-Transfer, the invoice tells them to reply for details — then use Mark paid by e-transfer once the money arrives.

Recurring customers
Weekly, every-2-weeks and monthly customers. They get a reminder email before each visit is due. Pause stops the reminders; cancel ends the plan.

They log in at with the username and password you set here. Send them both by text. You can reset the password any time.
One item per line. This is the list cleaners tick on every job. Finished jobs keep the list they were done with.
Practice run
Try the cleaner side yourself, step by step. Pick an employee (add yourself first), then start. It makes a practice job that never shows up for customers.
How it works
- Add an employee here (username + password).
- Assign them a booking (Bookings tab or Jobs here).
- They log in on their phone, start the job, tick the checklist, take before/after photos and mark it done.
- You get an email, and the booking shows Done - ready to charge.

1. Google: what people typed

Simple meaning: lots of people see MTR, but only some click. Better page titles, photos and reviews turn more "saw" into "clicked".
2. AI apps (GEO)
When someone asks an AI app "who's a good cleaning company in Toronto?", does it name MTR?

- Microsoft Copilot: not yet
Simple meaning: AI apps learn about businesses from websites, reviews and listings. More good reviews + clear service pages = more chance they recommend you.
